The Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) positions serve as the key ambassador to Natera's cutting edge new product offerings. Daily activities will include being an energetic sales consultant with an expertise in communicating, researching and educating potential patients with Natera's expanding products. ISS will receive all the necessary training to be successful in growing our new products division and offers an uncapped commission structure.
The Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) will drive performance through hands-on selling.
Identify, nurture and close opportunities with new customers through outbound reach and field inbound inquires.
Meet and exceed forecast goals and engage with customers as needed in follow-up.
Works within specific call flows and will be speaking with potential patients regarding the numerous Natera products.
The Position is made up of inbound / outbound calls managing a pipeline and opportunities while walking the patient through the entire process from initial call through submission.
Ideal candidates have an innate ability to smile and connect over the phone and make the individual on the other end smile as well.
Performs other duties as assigned.
This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have an access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job
Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire.
Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.
Employee must pass post-offer criminal background check.
Outgoing personality with excellent oral presentation skills.
Proven Track record of prospecting, a consistent ability to close and exceed sales quota.
Call Center experience in an inbound and outbound capacity.
Bachelor degree in Biology /Life Sciences or equivalent highly preferred.
High School Diploma is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, interact with service providers, and communicate over the telephone.
Duties may require to work outside normal business hours including weekends and on call when necessary.
