INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST
Inside Sales will focus on single software transactions as well as smaller current customers and upgrades. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding existing products, new product values and benefits, and service offerings. The Inside Sales Specialist will work with the Inside Sales Manager and report to the National Director of Sales.
Primary focus on growing business in key company accounts with single gantry non OEM deals.
Selling full line of iCAD Panorama platform to existing and new customers with emphasis on strengthening market position.
Develop Streamline process for best practices with iCAD RSMs supporting single gantry locations to include hospitals, and free-standing imaging centers.
Facilitate and expedite business development, quotation process, and purchase execution supporting all US RSMs.
Partner with RSM team to create laser focused account database and strategic plan for closing loop on new quotes, and quotes over 90/120 days.
Spearhead all upgrades and outline a defined selling plan within each RSM territory, with projections on closures.
Create "constant contact" program for keeping all key contacts within defined target group up to date on all iCAD technology and industry critical information. OEMs included.
Must have knowledge of Windows applications and be able to learn our CRM (Salesforce.com)
Minimal travel expected due to training and required/ approved onsite meetings
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of related work experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong listening and presentation skills
Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
