As a member of the Formlabs Sales team, you will be responsible for helping businesses uncover and understand how they can implement 3D printing into their workflows. Use cases can range from early stage prototyping to end-use production, and all areas in between.

We are looking for an entry level tech savvy salesperson who can help our customers create, innovate, and advance faster with our products. If you can establish great rapport with customers over the phone by solving their 3D printing needs, we want you as an Inside Sales Specialist.

Please note this position is based out of our Somerville, MA office.

The Job:

Help customers understand how Formlabs desktop SLA can impact their business
Implement targeted campaigns to sell desktop SLA machines to new and existing customers
Collaborate with Sales Engineers and the Customer Success team to find opportunities to rapidly scale customers

Are a skilled learner who can master the use of electronic devices
Want to be at the forefront of the next industrial revolution
Have strong analytical and problem solving skills

Bonus Skills:

Consistent success with customer service in person and/or over the phone
Familiarity of CRM and other service platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Drift, LinkedIn)
Personal use of digital fabrication, design, 3D CAD or other relevant tools
Engineering, design or other similar education or professional experience

VIEW JOBS As a Desk Auto Damage Appraiser, you will be responsible for completing quality appraisals of damaged vehicles to restore these vehicles to their pre-damage condition. You will be handling moderate complexity claims within assigned authority limits consistent with company policy and legal requirements. This role entails making total loss opinions, auto repair shop and independent adjuster appraisal re-inspections, supplemental appraisals, and rental management. As an Inside Auto Damage Appraiser, you will provide a best-in-class level service to our internal and external customers. This is a remote position with the ability to work from home. Training is a critical component to your success and that success starts with reliable attendance. Attendance and active engagement during training is mandatory. Responsibilities: * Utilizing multiple software systems and claims best practices, prepares itemized appraisals indicating costs of parts, materials and labor necessary to restore damaged vehicles to their pre-damage condition. Submits appraisals to claims personnel or issues payments to policyholders and/or claimants. * Provides technical advice on vehicle repair, parts costs, garage expertise and opinions on whether specific damage is related to an accident. * Completes auto repair facility and independent re-inspections, supplements as warranted to verify damage or confirm repairs are completed. * May be assigned to a segmented team to focus on total losses, rental management, initial or supplemental estimates. * Resolves disagreements and negotiates with auto repair facilities, Independent Adjusters, claimants and policyholders. * Evaluates claims for potential fraud or subrogation. * May be called upon for catastrophe duty * All other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Qualifications: * Requirements include knowledge of automobile parts and repair techniques, terminology and vehicle construction. * An understanding of the basics of the claims department operation is necessary. * Requires strong negotiation and analytical skills, strong computer skills and ability to work with multi-faceted systems. * Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form. * The capabilities, skills and knowledge required is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * Experience utilizing estimating software is required * Experience in auto appraisal is required * Licensing and certification are required. VIEW JOBS Manages, investigates and resolves claims under minimal supervision. Assigned all large loss Property Loss claims. Provides policyholders with exceptional customer service. Training is a critical component to your success and that success starts with reliable attendance. Attendance and active engagement during training is mandatory Responsibilities: * Investigates, determines coverage of loss and adjusts all elements of Property Loss claims of moderate-high severity while working in tandem with Large Loss Field and Personal Property Specialists as well as vendors/contractors * Handles moderate- severe complexity claims assigned under little supervision. * Explains coverage of loss, assists policyholders with itemization of damages, emergency repairs and additional living arrangements. * Works with and may coordinate a number of vendor services such as contractors, emergency repair, cleaning services and various replacement services. * Identifies suspicious losses. * Recommends referral to SIU where appropriate and may assist the SIU in their investigation and settling of the claim. * May be called upon for catastrophe duty. * May have to travel domestically up to 10% of the time for team/department meetings Qualifications * Demonstrated understanding of building construction principles. * Requires an advanced knowledge of claims handling procedures, and a full working knowledge of claims operations and procedures. * Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service experience. * Effective negotiation skills. * Ability to effectively and independently manage workload while exhibiting good judgment. * Strong written and communication skills; interpersonal skills; computer skills with the ability to work with multi-faceted systems; and analytical skills. * The capabilities, skills and knowledge required is normally acquired through Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and at least 5-8 years of directly related property claims experience. * Completion of advanced property training. * Ability to obtain proper licensing as required.
