Inside Sales Specialist
Full-Time Shift(s): Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Working as a Full-Time Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating interest in our National Account program with organizations throughout the United States and Canada. You will be responsible for driving market share and qualifying leads that build pipelines for our sales organization.
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Researching prospective National Account customers to profile opportunities and identify decision makers
o Securing meetings with decision makers for National Account Representatives and Specialists on a daily basis
o Maintaining a cadence of touches with National Account customers and leads
o Communicating with leads and current customers via telephone, e-mail and social selling platforms
o Performing other duties and projects as necessary
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o 18 years of age or over
o Possess or working towards a degree in Business/Marketing OR have equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
o Demonstrate strong attention to detail
o Ability to work alone as well as in a team environment
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Prior inside sales work or lead generation work experience
