Who You Are
An Inside Sales Specialist assists in all aspects of the sales process. Prospecting, nurturing relationships, appointment-setting, and lead management are involved in this position. An Inside Sales Specialist will be a front-line player on our team, handling much of the initial interaction that prospective buyers and sellers have with us.
This position requires someone who draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process. Inside Sales Specialists have a drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries. Additionally, high emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills are essential.
In this role, you will...
Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process.
Qualify incoming leads for appointments with agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs.
Maintain a database of prospective clients to ensure organization and follow-up on all leads.
Follow-up with prospects after showings to rate client experience.
Actively listen to prospective clients and offer empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers.
Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries.
