Straumann Group, North America is seeking an Inside Software Sales Specialist who will play an instrumental role in growing our sales efforts within our software sales organization. This position is responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new customers! As Straumann continues to grow and thrive, we are looking to build a team that will sell state of the art, cloud based all-in-one digital dental software.

The Inside Software Sales Specialist will be a direct report to Sr. Director of Software Sales, North America.

Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Working collaboratively with the outside sales team to grow the sales pipeline.

  • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client's needs are met.

  • Encourage potential clients to buy our software offerings and close the best possible deal.

  • Build customer relationships with potential clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our software.

  • Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers.

  • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met.

  • Demonstrate Straumann Group's core beliefs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1+ year of software sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position.

  • Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process.

  • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills

  • Dental or Medical Practice Management software sales experience a plus.

  • Exemplary organization and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environment.

  • Ability to travel on an occasional basis.

Preferably, they have pre-established contacts with dental providers, are self-starters with proven performance at a high level. A successful candidate in this role will have strong development potential within the organization. Job Responsibilities This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: * Achieve new business targets by proactively identifying, targeting and converting prospect accounts and new business with doctors in a defined territory - Hunting (90%). * Drive profitable sales growth and maximize sales revenue within a defined territory by developing, maintaining, and advancing prospects (20%). * Prepare and maintain territory business plans, and sales forecasts. * Collaborate with Product Marketing and Market Communications to support the execution of all marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives. * Effectively and efficiently, leverage education events to build brand loyalty and gain new customers. * Keep abreast of key clinical studies and scientific papers supporting thesolution's benefits. * Regular use of all sales tools, such as CRM, to effectively plan and measure sales activities against territory's current customer base and prospective customers. Routinely run reports to align trends, customer needs, and opportunities with territory business strategy. Minimum Qualifications * Highly motivated and experienced self-starter * A minimum of 2 years of outside or inside sales/account management experience, preferably in the dental field; medical device industry experience strongly preferred. * Proven experience with planning, forecasting and executing at a high level. * Effective communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate are desired. * Capable of working both collaborative with team members within the region as well as independently - Team Player. * Confident in using different insights and adapts selling approach based on customers' needs and situation. * Maintains integrity, high ethics, and professional codes of conduct at all times. * High level efficiency with office 365 apps: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must * Proven experience with managing activities using CRM is a must - Preferably SAP or Salesforce Work Environment & Physical Demands * Able to work successfully from a home based office.
