As an Inside Sales & Service Project Lead, you will be responsible for training and evaluating the skill level of Americas Customer Service Representatives on a continual basis including systems, defined processes, and best practices including travel as required. As needed, the Inside Sales & Service Project Lead would support ETBF training for PM, Sales, and Manufacturing Representatives. In addition, the Inside Sales & Service Project Lead would be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects, with a major focus on process improvement within ISS/CS Team while ensuring consistency with KEMET's strategy, commitments and goals.

Primary Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Training of order management (ETBF), Oracle, and customer service processes

  • Integral team member on AS400/ETBF replacement project

  • Lead the planning and implementation of Inside Sales & Service projects in the Americas

  • Coordinate project actions and work with Customer Service Director and Sales to deliver expected results

  • Develop project plans based on business needs and track project deliverables

  • Monitor and report on progress of the project to all levels of the organization

  • Resolve cross-functional issues at project level

  • Work closely with IT on specified project needs to insure timely completion

  • Support documentation of Customer Service Procedures Manual

  • Administrator of various ETBF tables

  • Reporting data using ETBF queries and Business Objects

  • Support audit as required to avoid deficiencies and findings

  • Manage Customer Scorecards process and reporting

  • Promote teamwork and One KEMET culture

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's Degree with 4 or more years customer service experience

  • Training and project management experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Solid systems (ETBF/Oracle), Logistics

  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

  • Strong process improvement experience and track record delivering productivity and results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence at all levels

  • Strong organization and planning skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability

  • Excellent computer skills including Windows XP, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
