Rieke Office Interiors, a leading and award-winning Chicagoland design and furniture company located in Elgin (at I90 and Randal Road).
As our inside salesperson you are responsible for providing an amazing customer experience for our clients that walk in, warm call, procure pre-owned furniture and keep our showroom organized.
Primary Responsibilities
Welcome and identify customer needs
30-50 warm calls per day using zoho system of existing clients (35% of time)
Show used furniture showroom products to customers (20% of time)
Organize used furniture showroom floor. Set up, staging, pricing product (20% of time)
Procurement of used furniture (15% of time)
Follow up with customers
Process customer orders
Schedule customer pickup/delivery
Turn pre-owned clients that are interested in new furniture over to sales team.
Creating a monthly used sales newsletter to send our clients through zoho
