Our Inside Sales Reps build relationships with our B2B customers via phone, on-line chat, texting and email so they have a go-to person for all their restaurant equipment and supply needs. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, making product recommendations, quoting products, working to find special request items and closing the sale. Day to day, Inside Sales Reps make outgoing calls to our customers following up on quotes and orders, calling vendors, calling prospects and closing business. They take incoming lead calls generated via our website and catalogs and on occasion travel to customer sites.

Required Skills:

  • College Degree or equivalent experience in sales

  • Experience closing business over the phone is preferred

  • Restaurant or foodservice industry experience a plus

  • Must be skilled in adapting to changing technology and communicating professionally with customers, i.e., Skype for Business, FaceTime, texting, video chats and navigating between four programs: Goldmine (CRM software), Internet, Outlook, ADS (core operating system)

  • Sales minded a good head for selling and helping customers

Your Responsibilities Wireless Sales Experts (WSE) are responsible for creating an excellent member experience by ensuring every interaction is professional and utilizes the GUESTS methodology. The WSE provides expert product and service selection advice so that members purchase products that meet their individual needs and wishes. The WSE is responsible for achieving personal sales and service goals and meeting all operational standards and expectations. The WSE must demonstrate the Company Guiding Principles in all interactions with members, employees and host store personnel. Since this is a retail position, the WSE should ideally be available for shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
