Schneider is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our thriving team! As an Inside Sales Representative you will grow your book of business, implement account plans, provide holistic service management, execute on initiatives, lead all aspects of business reviews, and manage billing and collection issues. You will also measure metrics in the areas of customer satisfaction, service, account growth, and profitability.

About the Role:

  • You will solicit, profile, identify, and secure freight with new and existing customers.

  • You will quote and negotiate prices and commit transportation services on the spot with customers.

  • You will lead business execution to meet the needs of the customer and provide customer solutions to increase volume.

  • You will collaborate with leadership and Directors of Business Development to form and execute growth strategies for aligned accounts.

Successful Candidates will:

  • Have a four year degree or have equivalent work experience.

  • Be known for their initiative, strong communication skills (oral and written), problem solving skills, and sound judgement.
