We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

• Compensation structure: $19.50-$23.00/hour (depending on experience) plus monthly commission

What our Inside Sales Representative does:

• Works with customers to convert inbound inquiries into actual sales.

• Overcomes technical and business objections for prospective customers.

• Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.

• Estimates date of delivery to customer based on product knowledge, order processing, and production and delivery schedules.

• Prepares reports of business transactions

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent, preferred.

• 1 to 2 years related industry experience and/or training.

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships over the phone preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office preferred.
