Transpay is a PE backed, high growth international payments company headquartered in NY with offices in Asia,

Europe, Africa and the Americas. We operate a global payments network of direct bank connections that covers over 120 countries and are licensed in 70 jurisdictions across Asia, Africa, Americas and Europe.

We are looking for a confident Inside Sales Representative who has demonstrated track record selling business to business and business to consumer (B2B/B2P) payment solutions to SMB clients.

The successful candidate will report directly to the SVP of Global Sales for Transpay and must 2 years+ experience selling payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify new inbound leads through external research and direct contact with the prospect.
  • Help SMB prospects sign up for the Transpay services through the online portal.
  • Refer larger prospects to Transpays National Sales Representatives for further discussions.
  • Present the Transpay solutions and key value propositions to prospects. Successfully handle objections and work to move the business through the sales lifecycle.
  • Achieve annual revenue and sales targets as determined by executive management.
  • Assist with onboarding for enterprise clients through the compliance process.
  • Run lead and sales reports via to provide to executive management.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Maintain awareness and keep abreast of a constantly changing competitive marketplace and update internal resources (Executives leadership, Marketing and Sales Teams)
  • Collaborate with internal executive, product, strategy, marketing, engineering, and account management teams to ensure products and strategies are continually positioned for maximum success.


Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • 2 years+ experience and proven track record selling B2B/B2P solutions to small and mid-sized clients.
  • Knowledge and experience in the payment processing industry.
  • Experience selling to clients that do business internationally.
  • Must be a hunter and have the self-motivation and drive to be successful.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to achieve common goals.
  • Must be detail oriented with ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • BA in business/sales/marketing preferred

  • Must possess excellent written, oral, presentation, and follow up skills
  • Possess a positive attitude while operating under pressure and be an independent problem-solver
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and with an attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal relationship and communication skills
  • PC proficient, with knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CRM

SmartWorks is looking for a software Install Base (IB) Inside Sales professional who is an energetic and highly motivated team player to join our growing Sales organization. This individual will focus on developing relationships to our existing Utility base (Electric, Water, Wastewater, and Natural Gas) customers and selling back to base while supporting the Business Development team on new name sales and Request for Proposals. The role requires representing our company with honesty and integrity, building strong relationships, increasing current business through direct selling, while growing profitability and maximizing company growth. The candidate will work with new and existing Harris customers with respect to data management, decision management, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service while addressing their business needs. Details * Performs inside sales activities via phone to meet or exceed lead and sales objectives * Assume existing customer accounts to understand their current software portfolio generating expansion and product sales within that customer base * Ability to prioritize opportunities to address their future software needs and budgetary cycle and approval processes * Ability to research geographic, regulatory, and/or business related information prior to calling clients * Initiates outbound calls to engage in a sales discovery and generating sales leads for the Business Development to pursue * Takes orders from inbound Install Base (IB); also responds to e-mail inquiries, orders, and other communications arriving via the Internet * Serves as a liaison between customers and appropriate company departments to resolve customer questions and problems. * Maintains records of all interactions with customers and prospects in CRM * Uses and updates all customer account information in CRM and follows an established sales script to inform customers of company products/services * Works closely with the Product Manager and Sales Engineer in pricing models to generate quotes with scheduled contracting follow up. * Provides regular updates to the Sales Team with campaign activity and prospect information or feedback including all relevant account and contact information. * Conference organization, customer meeting scheduling and/or presentation support * Other duties as assigned from time to time. Qualifications * 2-3+ years of complex sales experience in software sales or previous experience working in the utility industry is preferred. * Demonstrated successful sales experience utilizing a sales process. * Hunter sales attitude * Track record of exceeding sales goals and managing targets would be ideal * Works effectively within a collaborative and cohesive, team based environment * Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills * Outstanding customer service and organizational skills * Positive and result oriented mindset * Ability to multi-task effectively and to consistently meet assigned deadlines * Self-starter with ability to work well independently and in groups * Ability to use a laptop PC, various MS software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other various software applications used as required. * Language: English * Role is primarily inside sales with opportunity for future travel.
