Inside Sales Representative

Job Description Job Description We are an HVAC Contractor is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to sell the products that our customers have grown to rely on. The Inside Sales Representative will need to have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Overall, We are looking for a friendly team player who has excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and will be driven to grow within the business. Responsibilities: Search and identify prospective customers.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Speak on products by understanding characteristics, capabilities, and features. Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.

Work with CRM Database. Follow-up on sales quotes. Process sales inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications: Associates degree preferred. 2 years of direct or inside sales experience. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Willing to travel. Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
