We are looking for an inside sales representative who can help us take our supplier enablement team to the next level. As an inside sales representative, you will be part of an energetic team of professionals who are committed to educating customers and providing superior service. You will have the opportunity to work with a startup and learn about Finexios unique service and offer it to our supplier network. We value our sales force and will be coming to you for ideas regarding service improvements, marketing strategies and sales tactics. Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in lead generation and conversion strategies, such as warm calling, to promote Finexios services to suppliers in our network.
  • Provide professional customer sesrvice with suppliers including sales, support and follow-up.
  • Utilize salesforce.com tools to contact customers and gauge their interest in obtaining products or services offered by Finexio, analyze each individual and make product recommendations based on a need or problem to be solved.
  • Maintain a log via salesforce of which customers have been contacted, the outcome of each interaction and issues that need to be flagged for follow up.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback, guarantee their satisfaction and develop ideas for pitch modification to more successfully advertise products.
  • Collaborate with professionals from other departments to identify improvements to product offerings, sales education, marketing strategies and other business-related topics.
  • Encourage team members to be productive, friendly, professional and integrity-driven by maintaining a positive demeanor and objective approach to customer conflict.
  • Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management and productivity, and maintain a workspace that is clean, organized and professional.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • Willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
Preferred:
  • 1-3 years of experience working in customer service or sales
  • Familiarity with negotiation, upselling and other sales tactics

<p>Success in this role requires experience in people management, phone sales/call center management experience, proven track record in defining and implementing business process and software process <ul> <li>Make Finexio and our customers beat our goals of supplier electronic spend adoption and enrollment, especially virtual card</li> <li>Motivate, train, coach supplier enablement sales team to enroll suppliers to accept high value forms of electronic payments</li> <li>Set and meet or exceed supplier enablement KPI and OKR goals for supplier enablement team and department</li> <li>Develop a longer term departmental strategy tied to business goals</li> <li>Understand how Finexio makes money, and maintain a daily, laser focus on our customer’s objectives and goals in working with Finexio</li> <li>Improve and create business reporting to guide and drive business performance results</li> <li>Work daily with data analysis tools (power BI, Looker, excel) and CRM tools (salesforce) to monitor team performance, identify areas of weakness or improvement, and report results across the business</li> <li>Identify and implement ways to enable the sales team to work “smarter, not harder”</li> <li>Work with marketing to develop and coordinate sales and marketing campaigns to positively impact your team’s success</li> <li>Collaborate and be accountable to other departmental leadership that relies on your team’s daily excellence (Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Onboarding)</li> <li>Emphasize and display in all that you do the Finexio company values of transparency, business ethics, urgency, data stewardship, and escalating to remove barriers</li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience leading customer facing phone sales and service team’s performing within a cultural of a KPI/quota driven environment</li> <li>Strong comfort understanding, analysis, working with data and “numbers” on a daily basis to drive performance</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working with, installing, maintain and leveraging in a modern way a suite of call center tools (call recording, call transcription, call tracking, CRM, data analysis tools)</li> <li>Proven ability to work with customers at all levels (C-suite to back office)</li> <li>Strong internal and external communication skills with experience reporting and
