Job Description Job Description Inside Sales Representative This position is with Fabreeka, a Stabilus owned company, which is located in Stoughton, MA. Fabreeka brings nearly a century of experience providing vibration isolation and shock control solutions for customers worldwide.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing pre-qualified leads while quoting and generating business with new and existing customers. Essential Job Functions:

Create customer accounts/ contacts Generate customer quotes Process all Hubspot leads Qualify Send lead to appropriate department/ territory if needed Quote Document notes Close the lead Analyze sales data Make outbound calls to customers regarding new and existing business Answer inbound calls from the inside sales phone queue Education, Training, Certifications: · A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: · 2-5 years of experience with proven inside sales position strongly preferred. Job Knowledge and Skills: · Strong phone presence and experience receiving calls daily · Effective verbal and written communication skills · Customer/Client Focus · Microsoft Word and Excel · Teamwork orientation · Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively · Strong listening skills · Patience and self confidence · Good judgement Working Conditions:

Normal office environment Accountability: Responsible to follow all Fabreeka procedures and technical guidelines as well as adhere to customer requirements. Physical Requirements:
