Inside Sales Representative

Summary

The focus of the Inside Sales Position is to field inbound inquiries from Investors seeking property management assistance and other investment services, such as, buy/sell. This includes qualifying leads, differ our services and scheduling appointments with local, licensed real estate professionals nearby.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform inbound / outbound calls to engage, qualify, and educate prospective investors about services. No cold calling!

• Utilize Salesforce, Outlook Bookings, and other technology, to connect prospective investors with agents.

• Follow-up with leads. Disposition activity in Salesforce.

• Maintain a working knowledge of all documents and agreements.

• Persuasive: Friendly approach to engaging customers. Ability to handle customer inquiries and differentiate our services. Assist outside sales agents with handoffs and appointment scheduling.

• Communicative: Strong communication skills are crucial to this role. Strong attention to detail and data entry.

• Teamwork: This is a team environment, candidates must possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to be able to interact with operations, marketing and other team members to meet sales goals yet be able problem-solve and complete their work independently.

• Tech savvy and strong multi-tasker: Organize and manage multiple technologies and priorities at once. Familiarity with computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications preferred.

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or 1-2 years of experience in sales preferred.
