Job Summary:
This position is for qualified Sales experienced individuals to receive Inbound telephone calls from interested clients. Calls are handled using a structured sales process which includes a brief introduction to the company and device. Inside Sales Representatives will use the structured sales process to educate clients and overcome objections to scheduling installation appointments. You will occasionally make Outbound follow-up calls to speak with potential clients. The best candidates for this position will have experience in meeting sales quotas, negotiating pricing, and a drive to increase earning potential through an uncapped performance-based incentive/bonus structure. This position requires good computer navigation and customer service skills. This individual will become a part of a growing and dynamic sales team, delivering life-saving products to improve and change lives!
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Engage potential clients with IID (Ignition Interlock Device) inquiries using structured sales process via phone, email, text, and web to enroll, schedule, to insure installation.
Conduct follow-ups on customer interactions and manage customer accounts.
Create a sense of urgency on all inquiries to close the sale
Explain benefits of IID brand to customers to ensure client enrollment and help customers regain driving privileges and get their life back on track.
Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrate successful telephone sales techniques specifically with building rapport, overcoming objections, matching features, and benefits to client needs, and acting on buying signals.
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills, including active and empathetic listening
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a multi-task high call volume environment.
Self-starter driven by goal-oriented results
Knowledge and practice with metrics-based accountability.
Eager to learn and open to professional development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel.
Must have ability to incorporate developmental feedback from management
Must have the ability to quickly Adapt to change
Bilingual is a plus.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year(s) experience in Sales or Collections.
Minimum 1 year CC experience (prefer in a sales role)
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
Working on a computer camera during training, meetings, etc.
Must have a wired internet connection at a regular internet speed (example-DSL or Cable Connection
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an at home quiet, uninterrupted space in a multi-task high call volume environment.
Dual Monitor recommended.
Must be self-disciplined to provide professional conversational experience for all customers and meet all requirements for working during scheduled hours/shifts.
