Success in the Inside Sales Rep role requires a results-driven mentality with significant time on the telephone. Must have previous metrics driven outbound sales experience Essential job requirements include:

Call Center experience a Plus Telephone Sales and/or customer service background preferred. Professional speaking voice a must . Deliver presentations via telephone in a pleasant, professional, and confident manner Experience with prospecting and cold calling Creatively develop sales leads Prior success with one call close sales Self-starter and ability to work independently Resilience and an ability to overcome objections Keys to Success: Make 70 - 100 calls per day Accomplish targeted performance objectives consistently Possess exceptional customer service skills Have demonstrated experience working in a competitive and fast-paced environment Be computer literate in Windows operating system and proficient In MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Adhere to all company presentation guidelines and policies Be a person of honesty, ethics and integrity Possess high energy and strong desire to achieve top results Be highly self-motivated and dependable Possess the ability to effectively manage time and establish priorities Company Description Interested in this position?
