Job Description Job Description Are you a recent graduate looking to break into a Sales Specialist role? Paramount is seeking motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals for an exciting career opportunity with a client in Delray Beach, FL. About Our Client: They are a highly diversified specialty boutique finance company specializing in purchasing future payment streams. Position Overview: As a Sales Specialist, your goal is going to be to contact qualified customers via an internal database and educate them on the clients’ services. You will solicit customer information for sales conversion of our services by contacting existing and prospective customers. Pay: $50,000 base salary until earning commission (potential to earn $100K a year) Schedule/Benefits: Off every other Friday with pay (10AM-6:30PM daily schedule) Catered Lunches every other Friday Work 68 hours bi-weekly - get paid for 80 hours bi-weekly. Total of 16 PTO Days per year Location: 100% Onsite in Delray Beach, FL Key Responsibilities: Identifies prospects through contacting customers from company directories and other prepared listings. Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies with an ability to produce and handle a high volume of outbound calls. Qualify potential prospects and influence customers to buy services, by following a prepared sales script to give service and product information and price quotations. Demonstrate and sell the benefits of completing a transaction with our company. Compiles information by recording names, addresses, and other information. Secures information by logging information in tracking database. Follow-up on new leads and previous outstanding client offers. Contact sellers to ensure the return of all contracts and documentation. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains a book of business by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Qualifications: Ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to ask probing questions. Active listening and follow-up skills. Upbeat personality. MS Office suite experience. High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. ZR Corp
