- Follow up on defense sales leads, and make warm introductions to distribution partners as needed
- Generate quotes for deals for both distribution partners and end-users
- Track and pursue renewal opportunities in coordination with sales reps
- Develop new opportunities by following through on trade show leads and general prospecting
- Generate and distribute reports to distribution partners and Owl management
- Work with sales and Owl legal team to gather and record required compliance documentation regarding orders
- Acknowledge and process purchase orders from customers and distributors and submitting the deals to the sales operations team.
- Coordinate with the support team and customers to plan delivery activities
- Education
- Preferred College Degree
- Experience
- 1-3 years of work experience in order processing, customer service, event scheduling.
- Experience in working with MS Teams using cloud-based file management, Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint and/or related online collaborating tools and systems.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Experience professionally communicating with external and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage and coordinate through multiple channels of communication simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize, categorize, and act on different types of communications via e-mail, direct message, and responses on an internal ticketing system.
- The ability to track the progress of multiple tasks, documenting and resolving roadblocks as needed.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Costpoint, SharePoint, or other similar systems preferred.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and the flexibility to pivot when needed.
- Excel, Power Point, Office 365
- Candidates must be within proximity and able to commute to Owl’s Reston, VA office one day per week.
