In this role, you’ll be a key player in driving business growth—managing sales leads, tracking renewals, generating quotes, and ensuring smooth transactions for our defense customers worldwide. You'll collaborate with distribution partners, sales reps, and legal teams to facilitate deals, streamline compliance, and coordinate seamless order processing.If you’re organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a mission-driven company securing the world’s most critical networks, this is your opportunity to make an impact!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow up on defense sales leads, and make warm introductions to distribution partners as needed
Generate quotes for deals for both distribution partners and end-users
Track and pursue renewal opportunities in coordination with sales reps
Develop new opportunities by following through on trade show leads and general prospecting
Generate and distribute reports to distribution partners and Owl management
Work with sales and Owl legal team to gather and record required compliance documentation regarding orders
Acknowledge and process purchase orders from customers and distributors and submitting the deals to the sales operations team.
Coordinate with the support team and customers to plan delivery activities
Requirements/Qualifications:
Education
Preferred College Degree
Experience
1-3 years of work experience in order processing, customer service, event scheduling.
Experience in working with MS Teams using cloud-based file management, Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint and/or related online collaborating tools and systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience professionally communicating with external and internal stakeholders
Ability to manage and coordinate through multiple channels of communication simultaneously.
Ability to prioritize, categorize, and act on different types of communications via e-mail, direct message, and responses on an internal ticketing system.
The ability to track the progress of multiple tasks, documenting and resolving roadblocks as needed.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Costpoint, SharePoint, or other similar systems preferred.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and the flexibility to pivot when needed.
Excel, Power Point, Office 365
Candidates must be within proximity and able to commute to Owl’s Reston, VA office one day per week.
