Inside Sales Representative

Primary Job Purpose: As an Inside Sales Person your primary role will be to interact with customers in a positive and professional manner, assisting them in finding products or solutions to their needs and challenges. You will engage with customers through phone calls, Tireweb, and face-to-face interactions to provide top-notch service and support.

Duties:

• Assist customers with product availability, pricing, and order placement.
• Process online orders to ensure correct pricing and availability.
• Handle incoming calls from internal and external customers, providing timely and professional responses.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team and manufacturers to address inquiries effectively.
• Ensure proper documentation is provided to the warehouse team to facilitate their work.
• Manage product transfers to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Coordinate in-town deliveries for both internal and external customers.
• Review National Account/Government sales paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect warranty tire/tubes and paperwork to ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements.
• Track and communicate warranty processes to customers and sales representatives.
• Manage orders and paperwork for the South MN customer base.
• File Over/Short claims and freight damage claims with manufacturers.
• Enter customer interactions into the CRM, including product and pricing information.
• Accept and complete tasks or hand-offs in the CRM.
• Assign tasks in the CRM when additional help is required.
• Use the CRM's photo feature to document warranty products and paperwork.
• Participate in agricultural shows and company events as needed.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on market trends and changes.
• Code and submit outside purchases from vendors following company policy.
• Maintain daily communication with all staff to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional service.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment as required.

PAY:$21-$26/hr

Schedule: This position typically follows a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some weekend or evening hours may be required with supervisor approval. Travel to other locations or customer sites may also be necessary.

Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift 75-125 lbs occasionally and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Work indoors and outdoors, exposed to various environmental factors.
• Pass a company MVR check and maintain a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• 1-2 years of inside sales experience preferred; familiarity with warehouse practices is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful, energetic, driven, and structured.
• Strong organizational, operational, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
