We are looking for talented and competitive Outbound Sales Specialists who want to start a career with a rapidly growing company. The successful candidate will play an important role in achieving our ambitious patient acquisition and revenue growth objectives by working as an Outbound Caller (Inside Sales Rep).

Your sales efforts are part of a rewarding mission to rebuild healthcare as it should be.
Contact and qualify prospective patients
Understand patient needs and requirements and articulate Oak Street's unique proposition
Understand Medicare Basics and insurance (or be coachable)
Schedule initial doctor's appointments with new patients and achieve daily/weekly/monthly quotas.
Above all we are looking for a person with a great attitude, ambition, and work ethic
Though it is not required, entry level sales or customer service experience is a plus
Comfortable in a base + commission salary structure
Proficient with learning new technology and communication tools
Experience working with, Salesforce.com, or similar CRM is preferred
Excellent listening and communications skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Coachable and a desire to learn a new industry
US work authorization

Competitive Entry Level base pay with realistic and achievable variable comp opportunities:
Base ranges from $13.00- $14.00 per hour depending on experience level. This is entry level with other career steps for more tenured job titles as you progress.
In addition to the above base compensation, the variable compensation/commissions, for normal performance, are as follows:
3-6 month tenure average $300 per month, top producers earn more
6-12 month tenure average $750 per month, top producers earn more
12 month plus average $1200 per month, top producers earn more
