Essential Role and Responsibilities:
Follows up on company generated sales leads and obtains additional leads through referrals.
Establishes and maintains customer relationships and communicates with customers to provide technical information.
Consistently achieve or exceed revenue performance targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Work closely with engineering, operations and the sales leadership team to both determine new approaches to achieving breakthrough performance and to win and grow accounts.
Establish short and long-term goals in line with sales quota and corporate objectives.
Provide product prices, delivery specifications and offers substitute products where appropriate.
Follow up with customers during and after sales to ensure complete satisfaction.
Understand competition in region and general business climate.
Provides effective sales operations in alignment with company strategy for increased profitability and operational performance.
Possess and continually develop a strong understanding of highly technical and complex products within the electronics and embedded computing industry.
Enhance, update and maintain customer contact, profiles and other pertinent information.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of Inside Sales experience.
Associate or Bachelors' Degree in a technical discipline preferred.
Smart and articulate.
Comfortable on the phone.
Understand sales and marketing concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A confident and determined approach.
Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
Self-motivation and drive.
Proficiency with MS Office.
High Level Relationship skills.
