Nilfisk Inc., based in Brooklyn Park, MN, is one of the world's leading floor care cleaning companies serving Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. To better serve our external customer base, Nilfisk is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide phone-based support, assist and drive growth in our dealer partners across the country. Additional tasks could also be assigned by the Sr. Director of Customer Care and the Sales and Marketing leadership team on an ad hoc basis if they are related to the sales process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Inside Sales Representative's primary goal is to support sales development and improve customer experience by providing phone-based support to our over 1400 dealer partners across the United States. The position will be focusing on gaining relationships with decision makers within our Dealer partners and to conduct strategic planning, managing any opportunities which arise through CRM and help increase sales revenue for each assigned location. They will help to support and fulfill the Sales Management Process, while executing inside sales campaigns that target specific industries and initiatives as determined by Sales Management. It is an office-based position in Brooklyn Park, MN.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Sales Calls

  • Follow-up with decision maker at Dealer on open opportunities; record notes and next steps in SFDC

  • Manage any projects which require pricing support from Nilfisk with the appropriate teams

  • Ensure all calls and emails are logged and tracked within SFDC as instructed

  • Collaborate with the Sales team in the field to coordinate in-person demonstrations for key accounts or training sessions with Dealers

Customer Support

  • Point person for solving customer challenges or issues as they arise with the support from Customer Care, Sales and Marketing

  • Providing all marketing material support as requested by Dealer partner

Prospecting

  • Develop and execute inside sales campaigns

  • Manage lead qualification process for all inbound leads received as prescribed by sales leadership

  • Follow-up on all marketing-generated leads

Administrative

  • Generate all customer quotes as requested

  • Facilitate New Account Set-Up Process for all new, smaller dealer inquiries

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred but not required

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of proven Inside Sales experience for B2B required

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Capability to learn new software and systems quickly

  • Proficient in SFDC, Concur and able to run and evaluate BI reports (or similar systems with the ability to learn quickly)
