Neenah, Inc is seeking a Commercial Sales Representatives for our Enterprise Sales Team. The purpose of this position is to build relationships with targeted client accounts and drive sales for a variety of Neenah products including fine paper, packaging and wide format products. This is a B2B sales role that require an individual with a proven track record of up-selling existing accounts year over year. Individuals with a hunter mentality, who can network within a matrixed environment and identify client needs, will do well.

Manage & Develop existing paper distributor accounts within an assigned customer base and portfolio of specialty accounts.
Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on current and/or potential new sales outlets.
New business development- Developing new and existing relationships within key target accounts that could purchase or specify Neenah publishing, fine paper, packaging & wide format products.
Identify and target new business opportunities with end users & converters who understand the value of brand, image & performance.
Own market-based pricing for the customers assigned, inclusive of quoting management and contract reviews.
Utilize prospecting and networking resources such as Data.com, LinkedIn, Book of Lists, trade shows, etc.
Collaborate with in market colleagues on market planning activities, merchant meetings, and local events.
Meet or exceed agreed upon Sales goals.
Local market knowledge and understanding of the size, scope, and potential of customer business. Protect and grow share with key customers.
Comfortable talking with a wide range of decision makers and influencers from creative, to marketing, sales, procurement, senior and executive management.
Work directly with internal resources to be an advocate for resolving service, quality, and market-based strategy issues (CLM, CMM, CS).
Advise customers during purchasing decisions - understanding technical application needs and directing customers to appropriate brands, products, and capabilities.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 3 - 5 years B2B sales experience.
Ability to understand and to articulate premium products.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Proven track record in sales and developing new business.
Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
Experience with using CRM systems for activity tracking and lead development (Ex. Salesforce).
Willingness to travel up to 25%. (While up to 25% travel is typically required, due to COVID-19 non-essential travel is currently suspended)
