Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire an Inside Sales Rep for our Tualatin, ORlocation. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will provide our potential and current customers a world-class experience through outstanding customer service skills and knowledge of our business systems.Responsibilities Include:
  • Outbound phone sales calls to established customer base promoting sales of new and existing products & services.
  • Daily maintenance of CRM database to ensure all customer/account information is accurate and current.
  • Analysis of individual customer base to determine causes for customer growth and/or decline
  • Continuously augmenting your product and industry knowledge through company and supplier training and self-directed learning.
  • Occasional placement of customer orders
  • Initial point of contact for all customer service-related issues/concerns
  • Build long-lasting business relationships with customer base
  • Maintain daily phone metric standards established by management team
  • Initiates and supports the continual improvement of LKQ and Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. quality improvement system.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Strong time management and organizational skill required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate in a concise manner with internal and external customers.
  • Microsoft Office background and experience highly desirable.
  • Must be able to thrive in a group/team environment
  • Able to travel, up to 10%, for customer visits or trade shows
Preferred Skills:
  • Some college coursework/degree preferred.
  • Prior sales or account management experience
  • General Automotive knowledge and/or experience
  • Experience in training / educating people (Example. Teaching your customer how to use online/system features)

We are looking for top performers with a track record of success. The Ideal candidate is confident with high integrity coupled with a customer-centric attitude. This person will be responsible for consultations and generating enthusiasm for our non-invasive procedures.</p><p>Our expert marketing team will provide you with warm leads through their social media initiatives. This position does not require any cold calling or telemarketing. In addition to new patient sales, this role requires following up with previous potential clients/patients who have not purchased with us in the past. Our successful Aesthetic Sales Representatives are able to renew interest by promoting laser hair removal and non-surgical cosmetic services.</p><p>Aesthetic Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments with warm leads; conduct initial consultation; describe LaserAways treatments and skincare line professionally and with an expert knowledge base.</p></li><li><p>Close sales by building rapport with potential patient; explain product and service capabilities; overcome objections; prepare financing contracts with lenders such as Care Credit.</p></li><li><p>Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.</p></li><li><p>Create client retention by upselling additional products and services.</p></li><li><p>Recommend new products and services by evaluating current aesthetic treatment process.</p></li><li><p>Manage front desk duties such as checking patients in/out while ensuring a positive and warm experience and maintaining a clean and professional clinic.</p></li><li><p>Adhere to LaserAway policies and protocols.</p></li><li><p>One weekend shift is required</p></li></ul><p>Aesthetic Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Previous sales experience preferred but not requred</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, peers, and management. Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.</p></li><li><p>Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to patients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
