Inside Sales Representative – Joyce Factory Direct (Days, Evening and Weekend shifts)

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with warm leads (no cold calling!) to sell home remodeling services, including windows, sunrooms, and baths
• Set up in-home consultations for potential customers with our expert sales team
• Follow up on leads, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service
• Work in a fast-paced, fun environment with ongoing sales training and support
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, with rewards for high performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in inside sales or call center sales
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• A passion for helping customers improve their homes
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Comfortable with a performance-driven role
