Keyword Connects is seeking a results-oriented account executive. This individual will drive our continued growth by expanding our client base of home improvement companies. This is a key sales position with high visibility, reporting directly to our Vice President of Sales and Client Care.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in growing Keyword Connects client base by driving new sales opportunities.

  • Run and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery call to closing the deal.

  • Build, maintain and consistently exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly pipeline of qualified sales leads around forecast goals and defined objectives.

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to grow Keyword Connects' revenue and customer base.

  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, demos, and customer proposals that effectively communicate Keyword Connects' solution.

  • Diligently follow up on current opportunities and revive inactive opportunities through varying forms of communication.

  • Coordinate closely with our Client Care team to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.

  • Work closely with our Marketing manager and sales colleagues to drive, test and optimize outreach campaigns (phone & email), webinars, and product demonstrations to increase revenue.

  • Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM(Salesforce) tools.

  • Maintain an understanding of the competitive market space and how to effectively position Keyword Connects to the contractor market.

  • Work with marketing to identify client testimonials and success stories.

  • Provide feedback to media and conversion teams to help improve our service offerings.

  • Hunt and aggressively prospect new business

Experience and Skills:

  • College degree with 3+ years of proven sales experience selling online marketing or home improvement services with a proven track record of success

  • A demonstrated, strategic mindset for identifying and closing new business

  • A solid understanding of pipeline development and forecasting

  • Excellent phone presence and strong writing skills

  • Obsessed with achieving goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and surpassing KPI targets.

  • Proven track record of managing the sales cycle from start to finish.

  • Ability to initiate sales conversations with key decision-makers.

  • Active listening skills and genuine curiosity to uncover customer needs.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment

  • Light travel to trade shows and events might be required

  • Salesforce.com experience
