About this Job:

We are searching for an Inside Sales Representative - Inbound to base out of New Iberia, LA to support our Spanish speaking customer base. The Inside Sales: Inbound Representative role is a transnational sales representative with a sole focus on incoming calls to the business. This responsive role drives the qualification of inbound call leads and both closes sales and disseminates more complex leads to other sales representatives. The transnational nature of the role drives a focus on speed to resolution as opposed to relationship building. In addition, one of the openings will preferably be a bilingual team member (English/Spanish).

Desired Skills:

  • Degree qualification preferred or relevant experience

  • Sales Process Proficiency or prior formal training in a sales process.

  • Sector and Applications knowledge preferred

  • PC literacy in a Microsoft environment

Your key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for closing transactional sales from incoming calls

  • Accountable for converting incoming calls generated by marketing campaigns into sales.

  • Responsible for small transactional sales only

  • Responsible for determining opportunity % of incoming opportunities.

  • Not responsible for maintenance of customer relationships

  • Effectively resolves general customer needs or requests independently 80% of the time and efficiently works to pass leads to other representative's - balance of time.

  • Data input into CRM as required and appropriate

  • Creates and maintains relationships at key levels with Inside and Field Sales representatives
