Handles inbound sales and retention calls in a call center environment.
Educate customers on Windstream Business Product Line that will fit their business's needs.
Access and update Unassigned Small Business accounts through computer based systems.
Gains and maintains product/service knowledge, working knowledge of telephony technology and industry updates.
Work with urgency and accuracy to assist the customer and present the best solution for both the business and the customer.
Handle Sales Leads
Good telephone communication skills and customer interface ability. Strong Sales Experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, use proper discretion in evaluating customer needs, work as a team player, PC skills (Windows), 10-key and keyboarding skills, Salesforce experience. The ability to take initiative and accountability in obtaining general knowledge of billing systems and order entry. Must be able to work flexible hours. Also, overtime may be required.
At least 3 years of call center experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Strong sales background with relevant systems knowledge.
Bachelor's Degree and /or 1-2 years telecommunications experience preferred; 1-2 years prior sales or account management experience preferred. 1-2 years of outstanding performance in outbound, direct sales prospecting, or inbound sales or contact center experience is advantageous.
