The Inside Sales Rep I is responsible for managing ongoing relationships with customers, processing inquiries and orders, and developing customer relationships to achieve revenue goals.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Interface with internal and external customers at all levels

  • Determine and communicate status, lead time and shipping information

  • Explore potential new customers

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a sales, marketing, or process engineering environment

  • Experience in the metals or process manufacturing background

Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Effective interpersonal, leadership, and written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, time management and prioritization skills
