At Homes.com (a division of Dominion Enterprises), we assist real estate agents in marketing themselves and their business via our website. It's all about exposure! We help agents and brokers by spotlighting their properties/business online, which in turn leads to more revenue for them. This is a business to business, inside sales position, calling on real estate agents, promoting Homes.com products and services. You will be responsible for prospecting and creating new business opportunities.

Our Inside Sales Executive position is full time (Monday-Friday 9a-6pm EST). We are conveniently located in Boca Raton.

Job Duties/Expectations:

  • A high volume of outbound calls prospecting to Real Estate professionals. Selling online marketing tools to Real Estate agents.

  • Seeking out business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the RE industry; researching and analyzing new business & sales options.

  • Building clientele through phone calls.

  • Recommending services/add-on services to clients based on what they are already using and what will benefit them.

  • Identifying the client's needs, showing the value of the product and guiding the client through the sales process.

  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times with clients. Conducting live product demonstrations using JoinMe, via screen sharing.

Our Minimum Requirements:

  • Sales experience. Closers with A Proven Track Record

  • Energetic, eager, focused and competitive by nature.

  • Telemarketers. Outbound Sales and Knowledge of Salesforce

  • A capacity to learn about the Real Estate industry and how you could profit from it by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

  • Able to communicate and establish customer relationships with all types of personalities.

  • Meet our monthly sales quotas which are structured to reward our sales personnel with different level tiers for achievement.

  • Well spoken. The ability to develop rapport quickly and build trust.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable with calling individuals who have not shown previous interest in our products.

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and standard office applications as well as navigating on the Internet.

The Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) is responsible for managing a portfolio of business banking clients who require financial services and products to meet their needs. In addition to being the primary point of contact and key financial advisor for the client, the SRM is accountable for prospecting new business and retaining and deepening existing relationships. The SRM analyzes the client's financial and operating strategies and recommends alternative or additional financial services to best meet the client's immediate and long-term personal and business needs. The SRM will have the ability to forge relationships with the appropriate decision makers within the client company. The SRM is also responsible for leading, directing and coordinating key extended team members in the analysis and execution in the effective delivery of their products and services to clients and prospects. This involves coordinating client involvement by the team's specialists in credit and payments. To effectively perform this role, the SRM must be well versed in all Bank of America products and services for proper identification of cross-selling opportunities. The SRM is expected to consistently network in the community and with centers of influence. in addition, requires management of all Client Management Process core training, plus advanced credit and Treasury Management courses; successful experience in complex transactions; excels at client management success factors; demonstrates leadership skills and mentors new associates. * 5 – 10+ years Commercial Lending, Business Development, Commercial Credit and Portfolio Management experience in the business banking or middle market sector. * Management of an extensive portfolio of clients with annual revenues of $10 - $50 million. * Proven track record of prospecting new business and enhancing existing relationships. Proven sales skills and experience.
