Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  2. Sales Calls:
    • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and close sales.
    • Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  3. Outside Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless customer interactions.
    • Assist in preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing follow-ups.
  4. Marketing Plan Execution:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of sales and marketing materials.
  5. Trade Show Assistance:
    • Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent the company.
    • Set up and manage trade show booths and interact with prospective clients.
  6. Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
    • Assist in various administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing departments.
  7. Other Duties as Assigned:
    • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to the team’s success.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and events.
