Inside Sales Representative

Job Description Job Description Sales Hayes & Stolz Industrial Mfg. Company, a leading manufacturer of customized bulk material handling and processing equipment, is seeking to hire a new sales team member.

Our focus is to understand our customer’s equipment requirements and deliver a solution that is reliable and cost effective. Sales team members are responsible for the developing sound equipment proposals and working with our customers through drawing reviews, change orders, production scheduling and delivery. Key attributes for the position include excellent communication skills, accurate estimating and costing ability, basic engineering and mechanical aptitude, and an interest in working with our clients in agribusiness, food processing and building materials.

Previous experience in equipment sales or bulk material handling is preferred but not required. Salary is commensurate with experience. The new sales team member will be working in our new facility in Burleson, Texas with occasional travel for conferences, trade shows and customer visits.
