No licensing or prior experience is required for this position! We are looking for motivated, charismatic, and hard-working individuals to develop into true mortgage professionals! This position is designed to develop individuals understanding of the mortgage industry and sales environment. This position allows for significant advancement opportunities!

Our lending professionals provide financial solutions to clients in 48 states. They take pride in offering a smooth and easy experience for all clients. We put the needs of our customers first and depend on our teams collective knowledge base to provide a uniquely collaborative banking and lending experience.

Responsibilities

  • Train and study to become a Senior Mortgage Banker by utilizing our on-site training seminars
  • Work closely with clients, office assistants, and senior mortgage bankers
  • Make 100-200 outbound calls per day when not in training seminars
  • Think on your feet with objections arise and quickly adjust the conversation accordingly

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stay organized
  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
