Specific Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and schedule service in a professional and courteous manner

• Complete work orders, update status, document customer communications in real-time

• Connect with customers showing empathy and concern, handle service issues as they arise

• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

As an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative for Glass Doctor, you are a key member of the team, setting the tone for the overall customer experience. You will be handling a variety of tasks, including sales and support calls. It will be your responsibility to proactively generate sales in addition to handling service requests and customer interactions.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry - or any trade related business - is a plus but not required

• Excellent communication skills

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Positive, engaging personality
