Job Summary

As a Inside Sales Rep (ISR), you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to support the sales team. Your primary objective will be to initiate contact with potential customers, introduce our products or services, and identify opportunities for further sales engagement. You will play a crucial role in driving the sales pipeline and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • The ISR will conduct outbound calls to a pre-determined list of prospects.

  • The ISR will speak with prospective customers about software services that will benefit them from a financial, process improvement, and customer service perspective.

  • The ISR will set up web-based demos for this high-visibility software, will recommend services to customers and guide them through a consultative direct sales presentation over the telephone.

  • The ISR will advise them on the cost-effective benefits that the Commercial Systems Group can provide.

  • The ISR will then pass the qualified candidate over to the Commercial Systems Group Sales representative to close.

  • Utilize Salesforce for logging calls, adding prospects, inputting information, and more.

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with new and existing accounts.

  • Create quotes and proposals for customers and prospects.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and address service complaints in a timely manner.

  • Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Provide resources for new customers such as training schedules, online training videos and provide necessary support contacts.

  • Lead Nurturing Maintain ongoing communication with leads who are not yet ready for immediate sales engagement. Share relevant content, provide educational resources, and nurture relationships to keep the lead engaged and move them further along the sales pipeline

  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to share insights, provide feedback on lead quality, and facilitate a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Collaborate on strategies to improve lead conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Seek opportunities for professional development through training, workshops, and self-learning to enhance sales skills and stay ahead.

  • Additional responsibilities as delegated

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong ability to engage with and influence potential customers.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

KPI's

1.Number of Appointments Set

2.Conversion Rate of Appointments

3.Average Call Time

4.Average Sale per Call

5.Calls Per day

6.Average Number of Units Sold

Goal's

  • 40 Calls to per day to a pre-determined list of prospects although this may vary based on availability due to demos, and training

  • 3 Demo's/Appointments set per week

  • 3 closed Won leads per week

  • 12 closed leads per month

  • Cold call ProLink estimators, Competitor list, AutoCare customers

  • Winback customer list

  • Open leads in SF

  • Google & Capterra leads

  • Follow up with potential leads

  • Submit 24 360 leads and have 12 closed for the year

  • Install and train customers (when needed)

  • Please note that these goals are subject to adjustment based on business needs and may be revised as necessary.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

  • Must be comfortable working in a professional office setting.
