Who/What Are We Looking For?

• The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for following up with customers who declined to move forward with repairs that were quoted to them by an F.H. Furr Service Technician. The Inside Sales Representative will have a separate set of parameters for pricing and discounting and will work to close the business over the phone and get the repairs scheduled

• Proven track record in meeting sales targets

• Strong decision-making abilities

• Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings

• Familiar with Outlook and Excel

• Comfortable meeting daily/monthly call and sales quotas

Training:

F.H. Furr is committed to providing all the training needed to excel in this role

Pay:

Training pay is $16/hour for first 3 months. Pay then is 10% commission on service work sold.
