Responsibilities:

  • Track relevant qualification and lead management activity in Salesforce

  • Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including call scripts, audience segmentation and approach

  • Qualify interested candidates and arrange sales appointments

  • Deliver sales presentations, POCs and run customer meetings when necessary

  • Meet or exceed opportunity/appointment quota through phone-based prospecting & lead qualification

  • Provide value added market intelligence to the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections, competitive questions, and other FAQs

  • Proactively manage your schedule, leads pipeline, and campaigns in order to meet milestones and quarterly objectives

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree preferred

  • 2+ years relevant software sales or account management experience with a proven record of success

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct extensive cold calls and email campaigns and navigate org charts

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver above expectation results in driving pipeline revenue opportunities for enterprise software level deals

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work independently & proactively in a dynamic and aggressive startup environment

  • Team player with solid communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to employ creative tactics to reach the executive management of enterprise IT

In this position, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of the division's products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Coordinates with Sales Management team to provide technical and non-technical product information and documents to satisfy customer requirements. * Work with sales management and market research teams to ensure market analysis data is used appropriately for quoting customer prices. * Prepare the distribution of accounts and update the customer database, as appropriate. * Plan and implement projects that support the goals and objectives of the sales organization to expand the customer base. Position Requirements: Ideal candidate will have Associates degree, Bachelor preferred, along with 1-4 years of professional business office experience.
