Job Description Job Description Our client is a midsized Residential Solar Company looking for Inside Sales Representatives for their Mooresville North Carolina facility. Responsibilities Generate new business and convert leads into sales Working with existing customers and generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns and other methods Educating clients about solar benefits to generate sales appointments Tasks include handling calls from interested clients, addressing basic inquiries, and scheduling consultations with sales reps Detailed notes / logs are kept throughout the day using CRM software Collaborating with other teams to enhance the overall customer sales experience Requirements 1-2 years of inside sales experience required Solar sales experience preferred No-fear attitude towards using the phone Customer service skills Sales skills Benefits Compensation : $16-$20/hr Job Type : Full-Time and In-person Base Pay Commission & Bonuses IND2 ZR Company Description GLOBAL stable instrument manufacturer used by multiple different industries.
