We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Lencore Acoustics sales team. We're seeking candidates with competitive self-starter abilities who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The primary responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is the coordination of lead management activities, program management implementation and large project bid management. The ISR will coordinate and help to mine customer and prospect data and other lead sources to actively foster new project opportunities with the sales team. Other responsibilities include helping to facilitate and input leads through the Salesforce CRM. The Inside Sales Representative will report to the Vice-President of Sales.
Candidates should have a passion for producing great work, great communication skills, and a strong understanding of technology.
Supports sales team, utilizing Construct Connect platform, by collecting, analyzing, and qualifying sales leads
Focus on Post Bid projects for Regional Sales Managers and Channel Managers
Focus on Project opportunities in the Planning and Bidding stages for specific sales team members for follow up
Act as a liaison between sales and internal departments
Assist with Quote and Project follow up, Independent Rep questions and requests
Coordinating leads with the Sales Team and through Salesforce
Assist with Quick Estimate leads follow up with the goal of converting to an RFQ
Engages departments to provide market data and intelligence for sales development
Advise customers about products and services
Network and cold call on prospective leads
Create reports as needed
Other duties as assigned
Ability to organize and input data
Ability to engage people over the phone
Knowledge of project management, construction estimating and industry practices a plus
Someone who is coachable, focused and adaptable
Ability to manage time, leads and produce results
Familiar with and/or ability to learn Database Software
Works well with others
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Location: Long Island, NY or Indianapolis, IN
This position is hybrid, visiting a local office a few times per week.
