Your role involves delivering exceptional customer service, selling home protection plans, and coordinating on-demand repairs and maintenance. We are actively seeking sales agents who are enthusiastic about upholding and championing the company's values by embodying optimism and a strong work ethic. REQUIREMENTS · Highschool Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree is desirable). · Minimum of 1 year in sales experience. · Minimum of 1 year in customer service roles. · Flexible availability required between 7am-7pm CST. RESPONSIBILITIES · Delivering outstanding customer service via inbound calls (no cold calls). · Aiding customers with inquiries related to relocations, initiating/terminating/transferring utility services, and addressing billing matters. · Recommend and sell cost-effective residential solutions such as water, electric, and sewer protection plans. · Effectively work with customers to provide the best solution for their situation.
