We are looking for someone to fill the role of an Inside Sales Representative and to help accelerate our continued growth.

We are a tech-driven company so our reps get access to innovative pricing technology that helps customers get custom quotes tailored to the way they use electricity within a matter of minutes. Successful and consistent Inside Sales Representatives will have the opportunity for multiple levels of advancement. Compensation for role consists of hourly wage plus potential monthly commissions.

Duties of an Inside Sales Representative:

Field incoming calls from potential customers
Conduct follow-up commercial & residential outbound calls daily
Educate business owners and residents about possible utility savings
Build rapport with new potential customers
Create detailed notes on conversations with potential customers
Use our proprietary systems to develop and offer custom quotes to potential customers

Requirements

Essential Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication
Success-driven personality

Able to multitask on a dual computer screen
Energy Sales experience is a plus but not required
Microsoft office proficiency
