Who You Are

An Inside Sales Representative serves home buyers and sellers as their first point of contact in an effort to connect them to the right buyer or listing agent. We seek someone who loves the pursuit of sales opportunities and skill development. We are looking for someone with a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyer and listing agents.

This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills. Inside Sales Representatives are self-motivated, possess a growth-mindset and enjoy building customer relationships. Basic technical and computer skills are required.

In this role, you will...

  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process.

  • Qualify incoming leads for appointments with agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs.

  • Maintain a database of prospective clients to ensure organization and follow-up on all leads.

  • Follow-up with prospects after showings to rate client experience.

  • Actively listen to prospective clients and offer empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers.

  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries.
