Position: Inside Sales Representative
* Arrow Electronics is looking for an Inside Sales Representative with experience in the Federal & Public sector market space to drive new business development for our Arrow Intelligent Solutions business. This group is focused on selling compute solutions and technologies to OEM's or makers of technology. The focus of this position is new business development. This candidate will be empowered to make business decisions within set guidelines to help win business and meet or exceed sales goals directly affecting compensation plan.
What you will be doing*
Utilize a consistent contact process via phone and email to follow-up, nurture and qualify dormant accounts and leads generated by marketing campaigns.
Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
Keep abreast of the industry, technologies, available products and services to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers.
Follow the sales process and consistently use Salesforce.com to document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management.
This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow. The annual On Target Earnings (OTE) potential for this position is approximately $81,000 to $99,000 OTE
What we are looking for*
4 year degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Experience in selling into the Fed / Public market
Strong telemarketing and customer support experience required
Outbound Lead qualification expertise
At least one year of experience with Unity, Salesforce, PowerBI, and MyArrow (Preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly
Ability to work in high-energy sales team environment as a team player
Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
Documented experience making outbound sales calls required
Applicants must have a customer-centric focus, be detailed oriented and have a hunter mentality
Goal driven, with the ability to close sales
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
Proven effective verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of strong work ethic and customer service
Adaptability, resourcefulness, problem solving and superior multi-tasking capabilities
Effective organizational and time management skills

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:*
$38.94 - $47.60Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
