You'll be located right alongside the factory so you can get fast answers and see your projects getting manufactured in real time.

As part of the Inside Sales team you'll join other professionals as part of a team covering multiple regions throughout the US. Job Description: Inside Sales Representative Reports To: Inside Sales Manager Job Overview:

Inside Sales is responsible for Booked Sales in assigned regions by coordinating estimating activities, delivering proposals, executing sales strategy for assigned opportunities from Bidding stage through to Closed Won. This role is responsible for successful outcome of an opportunity by delegating take-off and proposal creation to Estimator, ensuring all contractors have Acoufelt numbers for appropriate scope, and making consistent contact through to successful closed sale. Kick-off projects to Manufacturing team after closing.

Coordinate throughout with assigned opportunity team as the product and pricing expert. Daily Accountabilities: Identify & Coordinate on 1 New Key Opportunity (250K) per Proposal Delivery within 1 day for Standard Product 12 Conversations with Current Opportunity Influencers per day Responsibilities : Provide product and pricing expertise to support the Opportunity Team in preparing bids and proposals.

Follow up on bids to ensure timely and effective communication with prospects, addressing any questions or concerns. Collaborate with prospects to understand their needs and demonstrate the value and benefits of our products. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, customer interactions, and opportunity progress using CRM software.

Record all email, phone, meeting activities with notes into opportunity and activity data in CRM. Communicate via multiple means, including Phone, Email, Video Meetings, Face-to-Face with Internal and External contacts. Collaborate with the Outside Sales and Business Development teams to set up project meetings.

Delegate take-off and proposal activities to Estimator assigned to your regions. Maintain 1-day turnaround time on standard proposals, and 3 days for custom proposals. Maintain 24hr email response time, 2h messaging response time, 1h phone response time.

Develop market relationships with construction teams and subcontractors through responsiveness and follow up. Attend kick-off/rollout meetings to transition Opportunities to Projects for execution by Design & Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. Maintain accurate notes in opportunity and opportunity file for seamless customer experience during project delivery.

Coordinate update of Sales Orders when change orders or negotiation is required post-sale. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly. Qualifications High school or higher level of education. 3yrs Experience interpreting Construction or Manufacturing Drawings preferred.

Experience in construction field preferred, specifically sales and supply of architectural products. Ability to understand and communicate technical product information concisely. Proficient in calculating percentages and rates to understand proposals and unit pricing quickly without explanation.

Able to communicate these concepts to internal and external resources.
