Position overview

Are you ready to advance your sales career with a leading company? We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to manage CRM contacts, analyze competitive data, and drive sales for selected customers. In this role, you will coordinate with our Technical Service group, support the sales team with CRM and Power BI, and address customer issues with the help of Customer Service. You will generate reports, handle sample requests, follow up on digital leads, and travel for trade shows and customer visits.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) contacts and Opportunities. Schedule and facilitate Opportunity pipeline reviews with the Radcure and Powders Commercial/ Technical teams. Provide CRM/ Power BI support to the sales team.

  • Maintain and analyze the competitive import database.

  • Handle inside sales for selected customers (i.e. smaller single product customers in Powders) and selected external customers.

  • Make in-person customer sales visits as needed and submit quality Call Reports on a timely basis. Attend and participate in trade shows/ conferences, as required.

  • Work closely with Customer Service to provide answers on pressing customer issues.

  • Analyze the sales pivot report and follow up on any large YOY deficits with the sales team.

  • Follow up on digitally generated leads from the Allnex website, etc. Provide assistance with sample request approvals and sample process interface with the digital team.

  • Provide reports on an as needed basis (Call Report totals, etc.) and additional support to sales (back up phone/ e-mail support when Key Account Managers are unavailable, etc.) as requested/ assigned.

Required skills and experience

  • Prior sales, customer service or customer facing experience is a plus. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong computer skills (advanced especially in Excel) and demonstrated competence with Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. SAP experience is a plus.

  • Ability to analyze reports and sales trends.

  • 5 - 10% travel required with some travel by airplane required.

  • Fluent English is Required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum BS or BA in a business or technical discipline.

OR

  • 10+ years applicable experience.
