Your Role at Keystone Automotive OperationsKeystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative – Account Development for our Exeter, PA location.
As an Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities include identifying our customers’ needs by actively listening, and getting customers engaged with our products and services. You must have the ability to overcome objections and the aspiration to influence customers to make purchases and to secure future business. If you excel in a dynamic call center environment, this opportunity may be just what you’re looking for.
Responsibilities Include:
- Outbound sales calls working with an established customer base.
- Calling on Supplier Leads & Prospective New Customers with the expectation of converting those leads into active customers.
- Promoting new and existing products & services.
- Daily maintenance of databases to ensure customer information is accurate and current. This includes reviewing documentation daily.
- Actively acknowledge and accept the duty to acquire new knowledge and skills, seeking out opportunities to improve your skill set.
- Address concerns effectively and maintaining long-term customer engagement.
- Maintain daily phone metric standards established by the management team.
- Social Selling Skills
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate in a concise manner with internal and external customers.
- Microsoft Office background and experience are highly desirable.
- Must be able to thrive and engage in a team environment.
- Able to occasionally travel for customer visits or trade shows (limited).
Preferred Skills:
- College coursework/degree preferred.
- Prior sales or account management experience.
- Experience in training / educating people (Example. Teaching your customer how to use online/system features)
- Automotive, Jeep, Truck & Camper enthusiasts are welcomed
