A Place for Mom is a service connecting families in need of senior care services with a team of experienced advisors. Our mission is to help caregivers make the best decision when it comes to caring for their senior loved ones. We are a quickly growing organization with over 300 advisors connecting more than 300,000 families every year to one of our community customers.

What our advisors do everyday

  • Work remotely from their home office, to help educate families on senior care options and find the right communities to meet their needs.

  • Take inbound, pre-screened leads and help guide families from initial consultation, to touring of facilities, and ultimately moving into a senior living community.

  • Act as the liaison between families in need and the senior housing communities or care providers.

Success is measured by the number of families that we help. In the day to day, this means reaching daily call benchmarks, scheduling tours at communities, and converting leads into move-ins

  • Passion to learn - we offer comprehensive new hire training to prepare you for helping our families as well as ongoing feedback to improve performance over time

  • Commitment to win - self-motivated sellers that have the drive to win and hit sales goals

  • Technical skills - proficient in Microsoft Office as well and digital know-how to learn our internal CRM system

  • Flexibility - to support our families, our teams make themselves available when families need their help - which includes working nights, evenings, and weekends. (is there a limit on weekends or evenings we can cite?)

Qualifications

Required skills and competencies

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • History of exceeding sales quota

  • Ability to multi-task; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer.

  • Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel.

Compensation

  • Top performers earn over $100k per year! Starting base pay is $50,000 - on target earnings $85,000 (uncapped)

  • You will work with your Regional Manager to establish a full-time, 40 hour work schedule on an hourly, non-exempt basis. Schedules are set based on business needs, and may include regularly scheduled evenings, weekends, and end of month, along with some holiday shifts during the year.
