Job SummaryThe Inside Sales Representative will sell the 3CX Partner Program and work within the regional team to provide support for partners to ensure positive and enduring business relationships with 3CX.Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Sell 3CX Partner Program to MSPs meeting our Ideal Partner Profile.
Provide information and guidance with regard to 3CX products.
Handle day-to-day requests and queries from partners
Support the onboarding of new partners by the Channel Sales Manager
Deliver sales web meetings and trainings, as required, responding to questions and queries as raised to support ongoing partner development.
Identify, research and engage new partnerships under the guidance of the Channel Sales Manager.
Follow up new partner leads.
Forward incoming end-user leads larger than 25 extensions.
Represent 3CX at trade shows, conferences and at onsite training sessions (depending on market).
Maintain and improve own product knowledge.
Effectively work as part of a team with the Channel Sales Manager to achieve team targets and with the Sales team to support ongoing growth of the region.
Communicate with the Channel Sales Manager any requests for Campaigns/Tools/Materials needed to support your partners. Required Knowledge & Experience
1-3 years experience in Inside Sales selling technology products (MANDATORY).
Experience working within a customer facing or sales environment.
Experience handling customers efficiently and building lasting relationships.
Knowledge and experience of consistently meeting sales targets. Required Skills and Abilities
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong team player.
Good presentation skills, confident to deliver group sales presentations.
Flexibility to undertake international travel as required.
Fluent in English (working language)
